Textiles Surface Design: You Are what you wear
Students will begin this project by researching textile and tattoo designs from several different cultures. Allowing their research to inform and inspire, students will design an overall pattern that can be repeated to create a textile surface. If time permits they will use the photo emulsion silkscreen process to create a piece of textile.
