Project Requirements:
Starting Point: A photo of you (5x7) background is less important
Notes about the artist: Choose which Artist’s style appeals to you most.
Process Steps: Re-size and manipulate the photo to help with your design development. Final designs should emulate the style of one of the presented artists
Level 1: Must have 2 layers
Level 2/ADV: Must have 3-4 layers
* Layers must overlap & register
Follow ALL the demonstrations carefully: Stretch Screen, Emulsion, Exposure, Registration & Printing
* Final Prints: 12 finals (*6 best will be graded for craftsmanship) 3 Different Color Combos
+ 2 or more group prints - collaborative table prints
“Can I print on a shirt?” - Absolutely! And yet this is not your T-Shirt Project - you can try other surfaces as well - wood, cardboard, a skateboard...Anything relatively smooth and flat.
